Crocolisk au Gratin

The "au Gratin" in Crocolisk Au Gratin  means "with cheese" and who doesn't like cheese? You would be helping the herbalists out by killing those crocolisk in Uldum too. I bet you could trade this dish for some whiptail.

Crocolisk au gratin with broccoli, carrots and squash.

I sliced up two large potatoes.

Put 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of olive oil in a pan and heat.
I added in a slice of onions. Not to many, just enough to flavor it. Add any seasoning that you like to the meat. Saute until onions are tender and meat in browned. If you are fresh out of crocolisk meat, ham works well too:)

Cut it up into bite size pieces.

In a casserole dish add 1/4 cup (60 ml) of milk to the bottom of the dish. Put a layer of potatoes, cheese and crocolisk meat. Then repeat again. Potatoes, cheese, crocolisk meat. Until you are all out of everything.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Just until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. It will be bubbly and very hot. Letting it cool with give the cheese time to thicken.
